Artistic Overlays was created after many years searching for a decorative product that could be put over existing concrete, other than paint or epoxy. While in Florida, I noticed driveways, sidewalks, and pool decks with beautiful finishes. I spoke with several homeowners and discovered that it was a cementitious overlay of their existing concrete. Wow, it was just what I was looking for.
After researching the product I realized that it could be used in Michigan, where I live, even with the freeze/thaw factor. I was also amazed to find out all the different patterns and colors available. Artistic Overlays was started because I could not find anything like it in the area, so I brought it home.
